Developed in close collaboration with international customers from the plasterboard industry this new belt provides the solution for the future. It greatly reduces maintenance (no sanding, no powdering) and improves output quality and volumes in this critical area of your gypsum board production plant.
Superior flatness
The forming belt’s uniform surface flatness and unprecedented joint flatness provide a great improvement on conventional belt products. At 11 inches / 260 mm width, the joint is narrow, yet very strong. You will more easily meet the growing demand for quality finished gypsum board. High speed production
Its superior flatness, consistent quality and special fabric carcass allow for high-speed production > 660 ft / 200 m per minute.
Quick installation & repair
The special properties of the material and specially developed tools and appliances not only enable quick, efficient installation of the belt, but swift and permanent repairs as well. Downtime will be limited to the absolute minimum.
